Half Way Point

We have lived in Hong Kong for 3 months today.

We love Hong Kong and are having a blast seeing the world as a family, it is hard to believe how fast time flies. When we arrived, Hoyer was barley talking, now he is a non-stop chatter box. He sleeps in a big boy bed and is so much more independent in just 3 months. He will be a different boy when we move back to Birmingham this Christmas. Kyle has grown tremendously in his career, a manager, with impressive roles with huge companies and clients. He is a wonderful provider for our family. I have met new friends, been busy enjoying my role as a mother, turned 30 in style, and have had time to devote to writing and cooking, my two favorite things. We have had 3 sets of visitors and my parents visit still to come this October.

We have trips planned to Beijing, Thailand and Vietnam. So much to look forward to.
