Beach Days

We hit the beach last  Sunday for a fun afternoon for all!

We enjoyed lunch and a laid back atmosphere with the most beautiful HK surroundings.  

Dragon Boat 2x2 Team

 Our Church has a Dragon Boat team this year, we are called 2x2! 

We have been practicing and are getting pretty good! 

Watch this space for more as we get closer to the race day! 

The Benefields in Arkansas.

We have big news to share with you all. 

We are moving from Hong Kong to Arkansas this summer.  

Kyle has accepted a new role with Walmart and we are making the big move this coming July.  While this is bitter sweet on many levels, we are thrilled with the job and the move.   

The town where we are relocating to,  Bentonville, 

could not be a better fit for our young family of 4 boys.  

Hoyer's first reaction when we told him the news was, "I will miss the Aunties. I've never been without them." I said, "Me too, but there is more exciting news, Auntie Jo is coming with us for a few months to help us get settled!" That made him (and me!!!) feel a lot better.

 His next question was if he could get a dog, a trampoline and a bbq.  

In time, all of those things will come.  

 Life in the USA and especially in the 'Natural State' of Arkansas will provide beautiful surroundings, with lakes, mountains, trails and streams; fresh clean air; amazing (free!) public schools; large homes with fun neighborhoods; and most of all we will be closer to family and friends! 

Dallas is around 5 hours away and LA and AL are all within a (long) day's drive.  

Another really cool  things about Bentonville is the art scene. It is pretty fantastic with a world-class museum at our doorstep! Crystal Bridges, is a must see full of amazing American art! 

We are very exciting about the next chapter in our lives.

Disney Day!

 During Spring Break we hit Disney! This time we brought LV as our VIP guest. We all had a blast. 

Did you spot the wardrobe change? We had a little too much fun at the water park part of Tomorrow Land…luckily we were well prepared with a change of clothes :)

Yes, I know it is now May and I never posted this, but better late than never!

Charlie headed to his first day of playgroup at Early Adventures! He goes 2 hours a day Tuesday and Thursday and he is a big fan of it! He loves to show off the stamps he gets on his hands at the end of the day. He also loves wearing his backpack.

Twins Updates!

We got the twins a jump-a-roo! They love it. 

They are enjoying trying rice cereal! Look how cute they are sitting in their bumbo seats!
