Okay, so if you follow this blog, you know that I was extremely humbled recently while searching for a flat in HK. While huffing and puffing I was reminded of my many blessings as I walked through a poor area of Lantau Island.
Well, we found a flat!
After loosing countless flats (beautiful and big with amazing views) because no one would sign a 5 month lease, we found a flat to sublet. It is smaller than we had hoped, not quite in the area we had hoped for. All in all, it is fine, suits us and works.
So here is the ironic part....God's humor, I like to call it.
Our view looks over the area of the island that humbled me.
Now God can remind me daily just how blessed I am.
Look around, what is God telling you?

Cousin Cliff, our first visitor.
Kyle's first cousin, Cliff Israel, a sophomore at SMU, has arrived in Hong Kong. (arrived in style I might add, first class on Delta!) He was able to score a standby *free* buddy pass from a friend, so he called us up and now he is here in Hong Kong.
We have lots of fun things planned with Cliff. Pictures (and I am sure funny stories) to come.
